Determination Of Quality And Standard Of Service
(1) The Authority shall determine the quality and standard of the machine, equipment and facilities relating to the Telecommunications and the Telecommunications Service. The Authority shall Prescribe the minimum standard to be maintained by a License in operating the Telecommunications Service.
